Route 33 is a state highway contained entirely within the city of Chicopee and the town of South Hadley in Massachusetts. Its southern terminus is at Route 141 just south of the Chicopee River. Crossing north it becomes a 4-lane divided highway named Memorial Drive for the bulk of its length, and interchanging with the Mass Pike. At the South Hadley line, the road drops to a two-lane surface road continuing through US 202 to its northern terminus at Route 116.
