Route 181 is a 9.43 mile long north-south state highway in Massachusetts starting at the northern intersection of US 202 and Route 21 in Belchertown. The highway crosses Interstate 90 (the Massachusetts Turnpike) in Palmer, but there is no interchange. However, Exit 8 (Route 32) is nearby. Route 181 ends at US 20 in Palmer.
