Route 149 is a short south-north highway in southeastern Massachusetts.

The highway is located entirely in the city of Barnstable, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. The highway connects Route 28 in Marstons Mills with Route 6A in West Barnstable. The highway was originally numbered as 49 in 1930 but was renumbered to 149 between 1942 and 1946.
