Route 110, is a southwest-northeast state highway in Massachusetts. From West Boylston at Route 12, Route 110 runs northeast through the following towns:

Route 110 crosses the following Interstate highways:

  • Interstate 495 in Littleton (exit 30), and again in Chelmsford (exit 34)
  • Interstate 93 in Methuen (exit 46)
  • Interstate 495 twice in Methuen (exit 46, then no interchange), twice in Haverhill (exits 49 and 52), then again in Amesbury (exit 55).
  • Interstate 95 in Amesbury (exit 58).
