Mashpee High School is a public high school located in Mashpee, Massachusetts. Its students are residents of the town of Mashpee. Mashpee High School is located on Old Barnstable Road, off of Route 151 and on the intersection of Rte. 151 and Old Barnstable Road and adjacent to the Lakeside Trailer Park. The school has an approximate enrollment of 1,000 students in grades 7-12. The schools mascot is the Falcons and the schools colors are Royal Blue and White.

Mashpee High School opened its doors in 1996. Prior to its opening, Mashpee students attended nearby Falmouth High School and served both the students of Mashpee and Falmouth. Mashpee voted to open its own high school after the town had seen an extremely fast increase to the town's student population. Since 1990, Mashpee's town population has almost tripled in size and is one of the states fastest growing towns. The current town population stands at approximately 15,000 and the student population at roughly 2,300. The high school's Principal currently is Lou Ann St. Cyr. She is retiring at the end of this year and Dedham High School's current Principal, Alan Winrow, will be taking over.

Mashpee offers a wide variety of interscholastic sports. Mashpee is part of the MIAA. Mashpee is affiliated with the South Shore League comprised of Mashpee High School, Carver High School, Hull High School, Harwich High School, Norwell High School, Cohasset High School, Abington High School, and East Bridgewater High School. Before joining the South Shore League, Mashpee was part of the Patriot League. Mashpee High's mascot is the Falcons and the schools colors are Royal Blue and White.   • Isabeau Miller - Class of 2003, current contestant on NBC's The Biggest Loser.
  • Rhiannon McCuish - Class of 2004, gifted and talented soccer player that holds all Mashpee High soccer records, died tragically in Boston University campus fire on February 24, 2007.
