Masahisa Sato

Masahisa Sato (佐藤 正久? born 1960) is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Councillors in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Fukushima Prefecture, he graduated from National Defense Academy of Japan with the major in applied physics and joined Japan Self-Defense Forces (Japan's armed forces). After taking discharge in 2007 from the forces, he was elected to the House of Councillors for the first time in 2007.
