Masahisa Naitoh

Masahisa Naitoh has been a director of DuPont since January 2000. Mr. Naitoh is chairman and CEO of The Institute of Energy Economics, Japan. He previously served as vice chairman, executive vice president, senior managing director and advisor for Itochu Corporation. Before his work at Itochu, Naitoh served in several senior policy positions at the Ministry of International Trade and Industry.

Naitoh will retire from Dupont by April 30, 2008.[1]
