Masahiro Araki

Masahiro Araki (Japanese:荒木 雅博, born September 13, 1977 in Kumamoto, Japan) is a professional baseball player for the Chunichi Dragons in Nippon Professional Baseball. He received a Gold Glove Award for second base in 2006. He was the Dragons #1 draft pick in 1996. On August 1, 2003, he hit a tie-breaking three-run home run off Yomiuri Giants reliever Yukinaga Maeda to give Chunichi a 5-2 win.
