The image of an emblem will be used for identification and/or critical commentary in the Avatar Meher Baba Trust article.
The use is purely for non-profit reasons, and to educate users on the public charitable institution in question.
It is a low resolution and/or poor quality version of the public charitable institution's emblem, making it unsuitable for commercial reproduction.
Its use does not limit the copyright owner's rights to administrate the Trust in any way.
The logo is/was freely available online; Its appearance on Wikipedia does not make it more freely available.
As an official logo of a public charitable institution, there is no known free alternative available.
