[edit] Speedy deletion of This Condition
A tag has been placed on This Condition requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later." You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. [edit] May 2008
Please do not add copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to This Condition. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. - Hi. :) Template message out of the way, I just wanted to add a personal note to let you know that I have removed the material that was copied from the other website but have declined to speedily delete the article as a copyright violation because non-infringing content remains. You're welcome to re-incorporate that material in your own words. I have also removed the album cover from the discography. Wikipedia uses album images under "fair use" licenses, but this does not allow us to include them in discographies. You can read more about the policies governing that [[1]]. I also added a notability tag to invite editors to contribute the kind of material that will help this article to avoid deletion through one of the processes. As it is, it contains an assertion of notability but does not verify through the requisite secondary sources that the band meets the notability guidelines for musicians. As a general rule of thumb, newspaper articles, magazine articles and coverage at independent respected websites can help establish this. Unfortunately, the band's own websites cannot. If you have any questions about any of this, please drop me a line at my talk page. Alternatively, you can also ask them at the help desk, which is typically manned around the clock by volunteers, or request assistance at your own talk page by typing your question and placing the template {{helpme}} next to it. Generally, a volunteer will respond in short order. :) --Moonriddengirl (talk) 13:02, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
