Hello.....I wrote this piece on Don Page and also am editor of Acheive magazine and grant permission for use here —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mark Van Tilburg (talkcontribs)
Hello there. First of all, please sign your comments: you can do that by pressing the signature button at their end (it's the tenth from the left on the row of buttons just above the editing space). That said, since you state to be the owner of the copyright for that article, have you tried carrying out the instruction that were left for you just above? Namely:
If you own the copyright to the material: send an e-mail from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en(at)wikimedia(dot)org or a postal message to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GFDL, and note that you have done so on Talk:Don Nelson Page.
Try that and let us know how it goes. --Nehwyn (talk) 17:15, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
you are right, I am utterly ignorant about all this. I was just concerned that there was so much information missing....I really am at a loss now as to what to do. Thank you anyway for being patient. Maybe my webmaster can deal with this, as I am obviously doing everything wrong. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mark Van Tilburg (talkcontribs)
We can tell you're trying. There are certain policies and regulations that need to be respected when contributing to Wikipedia, and I understand that they may be disorienting to newcomers. As far as I'm concerned, I think the place to start is the college article - I'll try and see what we can do over the next few days. --Nehwyn (talk) 21:44, 12 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] William Jewell

Mark: I am very sympathetic to your desire to expand the William Jewell to include biographies of presidents and notable alumni. However as a newbie you’re a bull in the China shop in your wholesale obliterating the existing referenced article (how can you delete Jesse James, Pavarotti, tornados, and Gano, the Civil War and all the other items that make the school unique!?!).

You have replaced it with unsourced material that sounds like an advert. Further you are cutting and pasting material. This is especially troubling since you are a marketing director of the school (a big time conflict of interest on Wikipedia).

I can help you shepherd in some of the material and put in proper Wiki format but I can’t do anything if you make massive p.r. changes.

I see your edits of Don Marloff and Dr. David Sallee have already been placed on articles for speedy deletion because of your unsourced claims.

You should let me put the original edit before you started and then add to it incrementally (e.g., adding info on individual buildings, presidents, etc.) so that it can be digested properly into Wikipedia.
