[edit] Clones? How should I deal with these people?
These users uniformly present their views in Armenian Genocide(see talk) once one is quiet a new one pops in for my conviniance. They have a distuptive attitide and I do not know how to deal with it. I am open for suggestions on how I should proceed. Users in question are: THOTH, Davenbelle, Stereotek, Fadix.
I am not sure how to aproach the issue as this is being very time consuming. --Cool Cat My Talk 22:56, 29 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Hi, Mark. I'm not sure why the "Coolcat" brought this up with you. He is the one with the disruptive attitude, IMO (and others', I expect). I, for one, am nobody's sock. "Coolcat" is very focused on Armenian Genocide denial and has presented himself has a "mediator" on a number of pages on which he has a strong Turkish-POV; see also: Talk:Greco-Turkish relations, Talk:Nagorno-Karabakh as well as Talk:Armenian Genocide. — Davenbelle 01:32, Mar 30, 2005 (UTC)
Well, these guys are acusing me of things, refering to personal attacks, are currently trying to get me banned, and other various irritating actions, I am not sure how to deal with them, they are monitoring all my actions. Whenever i post something somewhere I gen this kind of posts almost immidiately. I do not know how to deal with these people and I need help. --Cool Cat My Talk 01:08, 31 Mar 2005 (UTC)
That's disgusting, Coolcat has done it again with his lies against members. I am ready for the administration, or the owner of Wikipedia to research my IP address or whatever they want. I have nothing to hide. NOTHING!!! If I wanted to hide something, I'll do like Coolcat, I'de claim to be a neutral non-Turk, non-Armenian. I have enough of Coolcat posting in members pages, he has been allerting countless numbers of members lying ahbout other members and talking on their backs. This guy has been POVing under the banner of neutrality every unimaginable entries directly or indirecly involving Turkey. Fadix 01:49, 31 Mar 2005 (UTC)
Another quick questin, where can I report personal attacks of Fadix, whenever I post anything regarding him, he pops in. He has had enough of me asking for help as he continues to post personal attacks like, me being a troll, how biased I am, that I have a hiddenagenda and more, I know it is distastefull, I asked him countless times to stop, he seems to be incapable. Where should I reprot the matter, I have no experience with personal attack resolution before Fadix, I was lucky enough to have "clean" discussions. --Cool Cat My Talk 01:20, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Oh, I have stolen your "My talk" motife. :) --Cool Cat My Talk 01:22, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Re: IRC channel
Oh.. I didn't think anyone would notice my absence! Your question is a good one, but I'm not sure I can summon an adequate answer. It seemed to me that the channel had become ever more hostile since the new year. Whenever I logged on there was some argument boiling over, and even during non-argumentative exchanges there seemed to be a higher than expected level of snark. Users who I do find are affable (such as yourself) seemed to be dwindling in number, or else I kept missing their appearances due to my wacky schedule. Added to that was the subtle (but seemingly constant) denigration of GLBT peoples by a certain user (don't know if he's still around), and the temporary death of enrc. So two incentives to log on (enrc and cordial conversation) were gone, leaving a strong incentive to stay away (hostility). This is, of course, my POV only. I was going to blame my absence on meatspace problems and my attempts to focus on content creation; while these are also factors, they're comparatively minor ones.
Anyway, I hope school and life in general has treated you kindly as of late. You certainly look dapper in that suit, if I may say so. :) Thanks muchly for the nudge, -- Hadal 04:43, 31 Mar 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Perth Aerial Image
Hi Mark, I was wondering where you found the aerial image of Perth you used for the Perth page. I'm working on the Perth WikiProject and thought it might be interesting to show the boundaries of the local councils (and eventually the suburbs). If you know of anything suitable or can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated, I've been looking through the NASA site but can't find anything for Perth. Thanks, Meesham 07:10, 31 Mar 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Sneaky tabs on IRC
Hey! Chatzilla was messing with me! I'm sorry, Mark, I never saw the tab you opened on me, I just discovered it now. Apparently, when there are more tabs, they don't shrink like in a browser, they just disappear out of sight away to the right. :-( I did not know that. Thanks for your message. No, not any too funny, I thought. --Bishonen|Talk 14:37, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)
[edit] WP:AN/3RR
I don't know what you are doing that broke /3RR by duplicating a large chunk of text, but please avoid doing so! Until you have the problem figured out, after making a change please look at the history and do a "diff" to make sure that the change you actually made was the change you thought you made. (And I hope the same problem isn't happening with any articles you have worked on!) In fact, you might want to do that on all changes anyway - I always do, just to check. Noel (talk) 16:19, 3 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- I think it's an occasional bug in the software that happens randomly to many people. — Matt Crypto 16:27, 3 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- If you clicked on the section header, yeah, that's definitely a software bug. Wierd. Anyway, no problem, luckily I caught it before anyone else had editied, so it was easy to fix. But if it is a common big (per Matt), an ever better reason to check diffs! Noel (talk) 16:39, 3 Apr 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Request
Hi Borofkin. I was wondering if you could explain this edit of yours to me? - Mark 07:22, 7 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- Ahhh, I was wondering if anyone had noticed that. It's a tonge-in-cheek and very POV reference to how our current immigration policy seems to be at odds with values such as freedom, justice, and equality. I could have also linked "fair go" to White Australia policy, for example. - Borofkin 07:25, 8 Apr 2005 (UTC)
[edit] anon
an anon user 210.50.80.19 recently altered content on my user page (i would say it amounted to vandalism). the IP is very similar to some used by user:PSYCH. i wonder if this breaches PSYCH's personal attack ban from the arbitration. see Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/PSYCH. Please do not revert Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Cumbey. How dare you? I have reverted back and reported your action at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents. It seems to me you are just trying to subvert the legitimate Rfc process. Why? --SqueakBox 16:46, Apr 12, 2005 (UTC) I have no idea who asked you to remove the new work at Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Cumbey. Was it Cumbey herself. Here Cumbey, at her static IP address, removed the text from the request for comment. Please can I have an explanation of your revert, --SqueakBox 17:39, Apr 12, 2005 (UTC) Perfectly reasonable explanation received. Have a nice day, --SqueakBox 15:00, Apr 13, 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Help with a problem
Dear Mark: I have a slight problem that I want to discuss in private with you. Can you please contact me through a private channel? My email is (email address removed) or my cell phone number is (phone number removed). It is a USA extension and since you are in Australia I doubt you will call.
I also have a question. Who would I contact to get info on who wrote an article and on who could access that information and send it to me?
Thanks for your time. David Kowalsky
[edit] Hey Dude
Didn't know how appropriate it would be to add myself in there. I'm a Paddy after all... Cheers for the shout though! I do add a few bits of Oz stuff in here, cos I'm living in Perth at the mo and only discovered wiki recently. I'll be adding as many pics as I can / until I lose interest... All the best. SeanMack 14:26, 2 May 2005 (UTC)
- Hi Mark, just remembered you leaving me a note a while back - I've been wondering if you have a digital camera? Do you add pics? There is an article that could do with a pic of one of the Ecobuses in Perth - I never see them as I work fairly long hours (who said aussies don't work hard - sheesh - I thought I would be on the beach the whole time here...) Any interest in getting a pic?
- Cheers for the quick reply. No worries. If I can be so bold - I just got a camera for my wife and can recommend Digital Fun Stuff online from Sydney - particularly for the Pentax Optio WP that I got her. Lovely camera, but I dunno what your price range would be. I would never buy a camera passing through Asia as you have no come back.... Take it easy. SeanMack 14:32, 5 August 2005 (UTC)
- I meant to say - your very welcome to copyedit any of my Oz related edits, I know you would keep me right. Sean.
- One last thought - if you have pics you want for wiki maybe I could get some of them for you? SeanMack 03:47, 6 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Hello Mark
Checked out your page - Very clean and structured. Glad to see you working on things here. You seem to be very clear minded and straight forward. Thanks for the invite to visit and talk to you. You seem to be a good advocate. Most of my work is at www.ncpink.com but that will be improving. The place to look for me for now is at my e-mail address which either you alredy have or I will aside you. I have my normal spam e-mails that I give out but my latest is priority one for a clean inbox and is easy to keep track of. Thanks for keeping cool under pressure, and drop me a line anytime. No problem; I'm happy to help out. Yes, the anon's logic is rather bizzarre; unfortunately, people who andalize user pages are rarely logical. He'll probably start vandalizing my page now because I reverted yours. =) — Knowledge Seeker দ 16:47, 18 May 2005 (UTC)
[edit] talk page vandalism
protecting my user page has simply moved the vandalism to my talk page.
if i could get my way i would permablock any IP related to the vandal. <== liberal gung-ho tactics
Mind you. With reference to his continual accusations of homophobia: I have never advocated violence against homosexuals, i do not belittle homosexuals and i have not edited any homosexual related page on wikipedia or inserted any kind of derrogetory comment. My only comments were in support of the status quo and even in favour of homosexuals [THIS IS A LIE - XTRA IS A HOMOPHOBE SEE BELOW FOR PROOF]. There is no gay adoption, yet I give it qualified support.
I am sick and tired of being accused of bigotry, nazism and all this other crap. I have been more than fair with those of other views. If this anonomous user can't accept those with other POV's then who is the real biggot?
I am sick and tired of his moronic games. Xtra 08:04, 20 May 2005 (UTC) Wow, did you think of that all by yourself?
P.S. the fact that he is attacking you shows that he is only interested in vandalism and not standing up for any high moral ground. Xtra 08:10, 20 May 2005 (UTC) - liberals lecturing others about morals... oh, that's rich.
- XTRA - NEWS FLASH - You ARE a HOMOPHOBE. You openly admit your OPPOSITION to gay marriage because it doesn't conform to YOUR RELIGIOUS VIEWS. Hardly a hallmark of tolerance.
- Secondly, you insultingly say "I support gay adoption" when by your own admission you only supoprt gay adoption in the order : straight couples, single hetero, gays last... So gays only get to adopt if there are straight people around!? Let me commend you on your accpetance, sir. No way have we travelled back to the dark ages, thankyou sir. (Check his beliefs page).
- That is so cliche, you may as well have said that you "have many gay friends," (even though we all know liberals like to pretend gays don't exist.
- How dare he say he is in favour of HOMOSEXUALITY when he and his narrow-minded party are homophobic BIGOTS.
- Just my 2 cents.
-
- Thank you for actually leaving a message instead of altering my user page; it's nice to actually be able to engage in meaningful conversation with you. Can you tell me what Xtra did to anger you? I assume it wasn't just a vaguely negative representation of his attitudes towards GLBT people on a subpage of his user page that has angered you. You're not going to persuade anyone by vandalising their user pages, but if you actually talk to us we may be able to understand more easily. If you don't want to do that, can you leave my user page alone then? I've been a Wikipedia user for over 3 years now, and the last few days have doubled or tripled the number of times it has been vandalised. - Mark 15:15, 21 May 2005 (UTC)
- Xtra has posted on his own page that he opposes homosexuality because it conflicts with his religion, and then has the nerve to say that he respects gays, and wants them to adopt when he clearly doesn't. He's also states many times that "Gays don't want anymore rights" when he is in no position to dictate what the gay population wants, given his own bigotry and his party's homophobic stance. If he's a homophobe, admit it; don't hide behind the "I have many gay friends" or "I support gay adoption" when he clearly doesn't on both coutns.
- Thank you for actually leaving a message instead of altering my user page; it's nice to actually be able to engage in meaningful conversation with you. Can you tell me what Xtra did to anger you? - That's funny coming from somebody whose vandalism to Xtra's talkpage I just had to revert. --Chanting Fox 03:36, 22 May 2005 (UTC)
-
- So you think vandalism of a talk page is worse than homophobic bigotry and insensitive comments about the poor? Conservatives really are cold.
I like anonomous vandals (i.e. PSYCH) making up my comments and veiws for me. It saves me the trouble of having to think myself. Xtra 07:55, 22 May 2005 (UTC)
-
- XTRA - when the liberals start respecting human rights, then you can speak, until then, I suggest you do what most liberals should do and shut up.
- Good - next all you need to do is convert to Christianity to get a free pass from a detention centre, or act confused and be deported as an illegal. What freedom we have under the Howard government! Three cheers!

I linked to you from your picture of Perth and then clicked on the West Coast Eagles page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/West_Coast_Eagles). I read "include a team from Western Australia in August 1986."

Hello, before you read on I would just like to say that I have so far only posted this to a limited amount of administrators for consultation. If you have any objections to its wider distribution or suitability for Wikipedia please let me know.'
Hi, I would just like to invite you to find out about the World Community Grid Human Proteome Folding Project. This is a purely philanthropic project and supported by a "blue chip" corporation in IBM. There is an ability to join a team once you have downloaded the software and another user has already established the Wikipedia team.
I would like to emphasise that I do not want to pressure anybody into feeling obligated and I understand the limited computer resources/access available to some. Feel free to pass this message on and thank you very much for your time, Mark 21:50, 26 July 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Changes to Macroeconomics
Mark:
The changes you are reverting to Macroeconomics page are NOT a neutral point of view. The are clearly written by someone who (1) favors Keynsian economics and (2) does not understand economics. Much of what is written is irrevant to current Macroeconomic thought and represents a lay-persons thoughts and NOT the thoughts of the economics profession and some of the statements are just wrong!
I have a Ph.D. in economics from Univ of Chicago and have been a faculty member at Chicago, Northwestern and Harvard. Furthermore, I ahve been a staff economist to Presidents Regan and Bush senior. - (anonymous comment by 203.146.108.3)
- Hello. While I do not know about "New Keynesian Theory", probably the main reason for me reverting your edit was your wholesale blanking of all the different schools of macroeconomic thought. Wikipedia is not a textbook, so we do not need to worry about whether we are supporting the 'one true Economic theory'. We instead should outline them all equally and fairly. Saying that "Robert Lucas Jr proved ... that at all traditional Keynesian macroeconomic models were questionable" conveys the message that his conclusions were correct and unequivocal. If you feel that New Keynesian economics shouldn't be mentioned, remove that, but do not remove all reference to some of the most pivotal economists of the past century and competing economic theories at the same time. As for your educational and employment history, good for you. - Mark 07:40, 4 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] technical work
Hi Mark, I understood that you are quite capable in doing technical mergers and such, and you do not miss things that are needed for edit histories. Therefore I ask you to combine a (rather good, but new and rival) text (with its edit history - only one contributor) at Dervorguilla to an earlier article of the same subject, Devorguilla Balliol so that the lone contributor's edits on 15 August are preserved in edit history and in contents. I suggest that you leave the older article's current text content in the beginning, and put the newer one's directly after that. Do not worry about some details being duplicate from doing such - I'll go to edit the article quite much as soon as it is combined, and I can do edits to de-duplicate those details at the same time. Please inform me if/when done as requested. Thanks already beforehands. 217.140.193.123 14:26, 4 September 2005 (UTC)

Hi Mark,
I'm afraid I may not be the most qualified to make the translation... I had no idea how to translate some of the more specialized terms. But I've put up a notice on the Chinese Wikipedia's Village Pump, so you should be getting some help shortly.
As far as simp/trad go, we keep two versions of all system messages on the Chinese Wikipedia. Which one gets displayed depends on the user's preferences. Everything else (article space, for example) gets put through the automatic conversion, again, depending on the user's preferences. -- ran (talk) 20:28, 23 September 2005 (UTC)
User:Mosesofmason has done the translation! =) -- ran (talk)
"Chinese" is 中文 in both Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. Simplified Chinese is 简体中文 in simplified, and Traditional Chinese is 正體中文 in traditional. -- ran (talk) 12:14, 25 September 2005 (UTC)
Thanks for the cookie. =)
The underlines in the Chinese and Japanese translations, btw, are there to mark out the places where the links should be (to "Wikimedia Foundation", "Please try again in a few minutes", "one of the Internet's most visited sites", and "please donate", respectively). Should underlines be added for all the language versions? Or are they kinda obvious for the European languages? -- ran (talk) 03:56, 26 September 2005 (UTC)
Oh, I wasn't the one who did the underlines... but after I understood what they were for, I was just trying to help out a bit, that's all =) -- ran (talk) 16:59, 26 September 2005 (UTC)

Mark, I don't like the article at all, needs to be written better, I was trying to pull my own not NPOV bits out and made a mess, but hope someone like yourself might do a better re-write?vcxlor 02:12, 4 October 2005 (UTC) Thanks - the problem with arts on companies is that they tend to read like promotional things. The political para at the end is too 'current' and surely needs more historical context (i've tried stirring snottygobble on this). There was a point the west history where it did handle 'the local' of perth, with national stories, and international -but the rise of the weeklies did make it concentrate on national and it has never been any good on international news for over 2 decades now. It is incredibly parochial and dumbs down lots of stories, and the current editor is invisible compared to what paul murray was... But how does one wikify what I have just written? :) have fun. vcxlor 02:36, 4 October 2005 (UTC)

As one of coolcat's mentors, I suggest you create a mentorship page, such as Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Coolcat, Davenbelle and Stereotek/mentorship. →Raul654 23:26, 5 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Cool Cat mentorship issues
I've made some comments on the mentorship talk page about how things are progressing--it seems that Cool Cat and Davenbelle in particular are sniping at one another. Mostly it seems to be Davenbelle's doing, but Cool Cat isn't completely blameless; he's maintaining links to Davenbelle and Karl Meier (who I understand was formerly Stereotek) on his contact page, in a color that he also uses only for a big-time vandal known as MARMOT. If this seems like a petty concern, that's because it is, but it gives Davenbelle and Karl Meier, in their eyes, a continuing reason to be concerned about Cool Cat's behavior. I've made some comments on the talk page, and I'd appreciate it if as a fellow mentor you could add your own take on the situation. I've pasted this to both MacGyverMagic's and Mark Ryan's talk pages.

Hi, should {{ed}} have something like ... around it as per Wikipedia:How_to_edit_a_page#Links_and_URLs so that the little arrow doesn't show up? I did so myself in: Template:Malta-LocalCouncils thanks! Srl 06:52, 16 November 2005 (UTC)

Hi Mark, I am a journalist with The Sunday Times. I am keen to write an article about Wikipedia, with a WA angle. May I interview you? If you're keen, please contact me via dcohen@amnet.net.au or 0414 780 441. regards, David Cohen
[edit] Cool Cat mentorship, Kurdistan, etc
Cool Cat has recently engaged in very aggressive, unprovoked attacks on Karl Meier, including blindly reverting the latter's edits on two Kurd-related articles--on which Cool Cat has not previously edited for over two months.
He and Karl Meier have both edit warred on Kurdistan, and I've just blocked both for twelve hours. Cool Cat's edits on Kurdistan, without the aggressive behavior, would be borderline, but in the circumstances I'm inclined to the view that the problems are unlikely to be resolved because Cool Cat will not improve his behavior. I think we should consider banning him from editing any articles related to Turkey or the Kurds for two weeks. Please see the talk page of the mentorship (the link in the subject header of this section). --Tony Sidaway|Talk 21:07, 2 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Changes to CSD templates
I think we need to revert your changes to the CSD templates. The trailing empty field was on purpose, to prevent the CSD templates themselves from being classified as deletable. Jamie (talk/contribs) 08:53, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
- OK. I reverted them. I hope you don't mind. :) See here for a brief explanation of the change to {{db-reason}} by Pathoschild. Jamie (talk/contribs) 09:08, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
- It seems that Pathoschild's code wasn't right either -- the tagged articles weren't winding up in CAT:CSD. :( I'm sure this is what you were trying to fix, and I'm sorry I acted so quickly to revert your changes. In any case, I have now fixed all those templates so they work correctly, putting the articles into CAT:CSD without putting themselves there. I've null-edited all the main-namespace pages that link to these templates, so everythng should be in the right category now. Sorry for the inconvenience. Jamie (talk/contribs) 11:06, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks for changing the image
I was starting to catch some hell because of "Henry Ford" in the ballot examples (which were there in the previous examples I based it on, and I didn't really think about the names). Thank you for making the change. rspeer / ɹəədsɹ 03:18, 6 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Re: Aussie Rules userboxes
Apologies for those images I used in those userboxes. I've amended most of my errors to comply with the Wikipedia copyright policy, and will do my best to prevent similar mistakes in the future.
I do have a question though - who sets the rules on Wikipedia for how images are to be used in certain situations, and are these rules ever revised? For instance, hypothetically speaking, could these rules on fair use images be changed sometime in the future, and if so, how would one go about starting a discussion on making rule changes?

[edit] www.wikimedia.org
Dear Mark, I have seen your cool logo for the wikimedia.org portal. Unfortunately, our trying to enforce trademark and keep a consistent image of Wikimedia does not allow us to use any derivative of the logo Wikimedia for any purpose that has not previously been approved by the Foundation and in a perfect world, actually no derivative of the logo should be accepted. I have put up the visual identity guidelines we have been working on for the past few weeks up on Foundation website. Refer to those for further use of the logo. I am sorry to say that your logo up on commons should not even be there :-(. Don't hesitate to get back to me for more information. Cheers, notafish }<';> 16:49, 6 January 2006 (UTC) (delphine)
- Hi. I have sent an email to the Wikimedia Foundation board members to see about seeking the Foundation approval you mention in your talk page message to me. Please do not delete the image right away from Commons, as it is convenient to point them there to show them the image, and since it would presumably be illegal for me to host it on my own private web space. If they do not approve the derivative use then I won't object to the image being deleted. - Mark 03:32, 7 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Reassurance
Hi - I was a bit concerned that relatively new user Ncox might feel a bit bruised if it wasn't made clear to him that we assume good faith and welcome him on the 'pedia so I have tried to do that on his talk page. Hope you will approve of that. Chelseaboy 16:44, 12 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Tony Sidaway
Hold on. The only justification for an immediate undeletion is "obviously deleted out of process". THis one is far from obvious. There were AFD debates with unanimous delete consensuses. DRV can take deleted articles and review content if the reasons given to delete were all wrong. Sjakkalle (Check!) 08:50, 18 January 2006 (UTC)
- Note that an "all share index" doesn't count under WP:CORP. Kappa 08:51, 18 January 2006 (UTC)
- Please don't unblock. There's no emergancy that we desperately need Tony for, so some time for discussion wouldn't hurt anyone. - brenneman(t)(c) 09:00, 18 January 2006 (UTC)
Hehe. Blocks are for serious things, not sjakkalle's decision that my undeletions some four hours in his past, discussed amicably with the deleter, constitute disruption. He made a mistake but it was an understandable one. --Tony Sidaway|Talk 14:24, 18 January 2006 (UTC)
You wrote: I'm sorry, I didn't realise you were involved with this situation with the SuperOffice article. Had I known, I would have left my message on your talk page too. As for the unblocking of Tony Sidaway, your heartfelt concerns about allowing time for discussion are not warranted: Tony has agreed not to undelete the article, as it's now before Deletion Review. Since Tony is the person who noticed the irrationality of this deletion, it is only logical that he be one of the parties to participate in these discussions you desire. Thank you for pointing this out to me. After all, as I'm sure you are aware, open discussion is paramount on Wikipedia. - Mark 09:55, 18 January 2006 (UTC)
- There are a couple of misconceptions there. Tony was not blocked for restoring an article, he was blocked for disruption. He has not agreed to discontinue the behavior that he was blocked for. He has, if fact, chortled with glee over it. See "Hehe" above. Nor was I asking for time to discuss the deletion, but time to discuss the block. Finally, it was not Tony who "noticed the irrationality". These articles were already on DRV, where "open discussion" was taking place. Several valid options were open to Tony, chief among them was presenting his information in the existing forum, second to re-writing the articles from scratch complete with sources. Having a wheel war was not one of these valid options. Have you heard of "More heat than light"? - brenneman(t)(c) 02:27, 19 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Cool Cat's Breach of arbitration remedy
This is a notice I have put on User talk:Cool Cat following a complaint about his behavior on Talk:Kawaii.
- Your edit in this diff shows that you have breached the arbitration decision by restructuring a talk page (remedy 4, "Coolcat prohibited from restructuring"). I've asked the person reporting this to notify the breach on WP:AN/I where action may be taken, including a block. If you persist, you will certainly be blocked, possibly by me. If things get out of hand I will completely ban you from editing the article and its talk page.
- Please reconsider your obstructive and hostile approach toward others in the discussion on this page. I am patient, but I won't suffer any nonsense. --Tony Sidaway 19:03, 21 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Prais90
User made legal threat overtones...his indefinite block is definitely warranted...you really need to read over his usertalk and or you should have asked the blocking admins why they did the block. The editor is a troll and will do anything to get unblocked. You also need ot examine the block log for this user and his IP, all of which can be linked off his user talk. Any questions, don't hesitate to ask...do not be suckered in by his temporary kindness...it evaporates quickly.--MONGO 00:04, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
[edit] √αʑʑρεɾ
I thought that I had explained myself. I know this certain person in RL, and he has on numerous occasions vandalized my userpage. I felt that his name should become known to others that he knows from RL. Furthermore, he himself has added my name to my user and talk pages on two occasions. I understand that have broken certain wiki-policies, but must point out that you have taken an unnecessary grouchy tone and to an extent broken the Wikipedia:Assume good faith policy. Now lets leave this behind us and have a mohito, -√αʑʑρεɾ 01:00, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
Riiiiiighteo. So me writing a single name on this personspage is a blockable offence, yet the countless times that this person has edited my userpage, changing it to "I am homosexual", etc is acceptable? Real fair. Further, isn't your name, Mark Ryan, expressed on your userpage? Ah well, keep it real -√αʑʑρεɾ 03:33, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
-
- To me it appears that you are indeed looking for an arguement, the topic being inconsequential to anyone other than User:Asphyxe8 and myself.
- And if you really do want to keep arguing, here is the pointer you requested; look in the history of my talk page
- Also, you should notice that User:Asphyxe8 revealed his own name in the 06:07, 16 April 2006 edit
- And User:Asphyxe8 revealed my address in the 05:03, 18 April 2006 edit
- And in the 02:05, 13 April 2006 edit revealed my name at the bottom of the page
- Content? Actualy try to keep it real, √αʑʑρεɾ 06:11, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
I am relieved that this has all been resolved, but I don't really understand what you mean about revision history. Have a good one, √αʑʑρεɾ 06:40, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
