[edit] A Wikipedian

Wikipedians are the people who write and edit articles for Wikipedia. Most or all Wikipedians have a personal page that is stored at wikipedia. This page you are viewing at present is one such personal Wikipedia page of a Wikipedian named Martrn stored at Wikipedia.

Editing pages on Wikipedia can be extreamly rewarding for some, for others a small hobby, but quiet recently theory sudgests that most Wikipedians could in infact a new species that has been discovered or evolved, (Wikipedians), with a binomial name of Homo wikipediens or Homo vicipaedicus. Reasoning to support the case that the species has evolved and congrigates at Wikipedia is forumluated becuase they have a duly dedication to pursing accurate information with referance to their specialised topic for which they have experience or qualifications in such regard. A reasons to why some humans (trinomial name Homo sapiens sapiens) evolve into wikipedians one could be that they visit an artical at wikipedia, discover some information that is not 100% acurate and thus which to change the artical so it reflects the more true to account version, and thus repeat this where neccassary on other occasions, and evolve accordingly.

Another theory sudgesting humans (trinomial name Homo sapiens) evolve into Wikipedians is because of the phenomena whereby they have a natrual desire to pursue mentally active avenues of entertainment as opposed to Recreational Activities / Watching television / Socialiseing / Gambling ect. that other non-wikipedians often engage. For example magazine readership is one form of entertainment humans, (trinomial name Homo sapiens sapiens) can engage with. In nearly every magazine or UK publication, Wikipedia gets mentioned on at least on one occasion every 12 months. For some publications this can indeed be very much higher. As a consequence of the sucsess of Wikipedia and becuase of this large effort by magazine authors or publishers to direct their readership to Wikipedia, (some of them Wikipedians themselves), an increase of the species gradualy occours. One such example of this is as PCPLUS Issue 256, whereby a full tutorial explaing Wikipedia editing, etiquette and policies is piblished in their Make it section so others can follow and become Wikipedians.

Yet a further possability is that Wikipedians are an alternate species and have not evolved and thay are simply destined to become Wikipedians because of the nature of Life, the Universe and Everything. Evolution and Species Theory for Wikipedians is still in its infancy.

[edit] User:Martrn

Martrn directs the reader to the UserBoxes on the left, and thinks UserBoxes could be a good way to communicate.

Martrn is an intermediate Wikipedia editor, and occasionaly decides to take the time to revist the helpful links sections and re-read the section of Wikipedia Policies as it common to find diffrent page sections of Wikipedia having differing Policies, and different standards of Etiquette which is often confusing. The most confusing of such policies is that of UserPages which can at times contain very different Policies to the normal Wikipedia standard.

Martrn sometimes confuses people by talking in a dilect manner, not unlike that which would imvolve around, speaking in one long, large increadby boring unbroken stentances. To confuse himself even further he has put a second user page here for the time being AboutUserMartrn.
