I say there "I don't think that the members of the RationalSkepticism project, taken as a whole and sometimes as individuals, are rational."
That's obvious from the template, but is not a personal attack on any person. It's a comment on the editing behavior of members of the project, and a comment on the behavior of the project as a whole. It's as if I simply said "I think you're not being rational," which is not a personal attack if backed up by data. It would be a personal attack if I said "You're not a rational person."
