Marshall Tindall is the son of Marsha Tindall and John Saxton; grandson of William Marshall Tindall. He is married to Cordelia Tindall. Marshall was raised in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan and Lloydminster, Alberta as it is a border city.

Currently Mr. Tindall holds two bachelor degrees from the University of Alberta; one in music and one in education.

Mr. Tindall was the Band/Choir teacher at Vegreville Composite High School from 2003-2007. He is currently the Band/Music teacher at Bawlf and Round Hill schools.
