Dear HU12. We are a small charity who are volunteers, we lobby for change in government that is true, but we are non profit making. Our time is given freely to those who suffer from MRSA. Yes we would like to think that people will join our campaign, and we are being listened to. The advocacy service we offer is free, we do not charge anything. We rely on donations to fund trips to government, conferences health trusts - where we show the effects and devastation of what we know are avoidable healthcare infections. I am sorry if you feel we are inappropriate according to your guidelines, but we are there as an information resource for people to use. I would ask that you reinstate our link, but if you choose not to then I will refrain from placing anything about us on the Wiki again.
I am also curious as to why our item was removed on the awareness ribbon list - we wear blue ribbons in memory of our loved ones that have died from MRSA - I think that is something that people would like to know and would be interested in. We are all victims, none of us do any of this for commercial gain so we are not using the Wiki as a marketing campaign.
Hoping you will see what we are really about. Regards Maria
