Marzotto 'acquired HUGO BOSS'. I don't know much about business but is it said that when a company owns the majority share (in this case 50.9%) they have acquired the company. In a non-business lingo sense I interpreted acquire to own the company 100% and perhaps to remove from the stock market if the company in question floats. - You're right - 50.9% would represent control, not acquisition. FlagSteward (talk) 16:25, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
