Re Notability and proposed deletion:

That this woman was made recently made a Dame in the UK (the female version of a knighthood) for her at several major charities alone should settle her inclusion in Wikipedia; that she is also one of the founders and continuing senior management of one of the UK's most successful companies makes her even more important. In fact, I can not imagine on what grounds this woman wouldn't be considered notable. She's sufficiently notable that when the ***Times*** managed to get an interview (linked to) with her it gave her five web pages - and that was before she was made a Dame.
