• The article clearly displays bias under the heading "NFL coaching career." The claims made in said section are not presented with facts (see "cheap shots"). The points made are debatable and should be reviewed.

• This page should have more information under his previous coaching jobs. The Chargers section is larger than all the other ones combined. I'll help out, but please use reliable sources and build the sections for his previous jobs.

• He coached for a combined 15 years in Cleveland and Kansas City, yet they have less combined than his years with the Chargers, where he coached 5 years. Clearly biased and needs cleanup on the other sections.
