Talk:Martin Saggers
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I'm pretty certain that Martin is *not* Mark Saggers' son, since Mark is only twelve years older than Martin. I don't know whether they are related at all. Does anyone know for sure - or shall I ask Martin next time I see him? AndyofKent 10:52, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
- Well, it was added by someone with only two words, so I'm inclined to trust you. I can't find anything on it either, so I guess it was just someone being mistaken. I'll take it out for now. (and don't bother to ask Martin. Because of Wikipedia requiring third-party sources, Martin Saggers can't really be quoted on his own family, and asking him would be original research. See WP:V.) - Much as this probably counts as original research, I reckon it's OK to mention the following here since it means that something doesn't ever need to get a mention again. I was at a game yesterday in which Martin was playing, so I asked him about this, and he told me that he and Mark Saggers are unrelated. AndyofKent 09:16, 22 July 2007 (UTC)
