[edit] Not a candidate for speedy deletion

The article is close to, but not the same as, the article as it was before an earlier deletion. Thus I do not see it an unambiguous candidate for speedy deletion, and am removing the tag.

My removal of the CSD tag does not mean that I disagree with the nomination for the earlier Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Martin John Callanan, the arguments set forward within it, or its outcome; neither does it mean that I agree with anything written above by User:Artlondon. -- Hoary 02:47, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] image

Added image of book cover as all other image on the internet are copyrighted, with no response from Callanan about permission to use them. Artlondon 17:23, 31 March 2007 (UTC)

  • I don't see what that image adds to the article. If that is the only one available, I suggest not having an image is preferable to having one that resembles a grey rectangle. TheMindsEye 18:00, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
form article :"The colour grey and it's symbolism appears to play a significant role in Callanan's work.". It's relevant, it clear evidence of statement in article. Artlondon 18:53, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
the purpose of an image is to illustarte or add information (which this does) as opposed to subjective or personal aesthetic tastes or preferences. Artlondon 19:05, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
