Not that the article is perfect but the claim that this article does not assert notability is absurd. The first sentence of the article is "Marshall Wace is among the most powerful hedge funds in the City of London with an estimated $11.5 billion under management ". If that's not an assertion of notability, I don't know what is and references should be easy to find. Pascal.Tesson 05:38, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Needs a revamp
