[edit] Transliterations

The transliterations should not be hidden. In fact, they should not be hidden in any of the boxes, in any articles about Chinese cuisine items. The former box, before the imposition of this box with horribly clashing colors, did not have the problem of "hidden" romanizations. Romanizations are primary information that should never be hidden.
