Needs stuff on residency requirement to get married - you can't get married here on holiday unless you've been here for so many days prior to giving notice. Abolition of special licenses. Also civil partnerships have the same benefits rules as marriages - the famous "by partner we mean person you are married to or live with as though you are married to" bit of social security forms now includes civil partnerships.
