Ok, so I'm a bit confused I think. Do you have to get a marriage license then this applies for the marriage certificate? In some states, like AZ the marriage license expires w/in 1 year. Does this mean you must obtain a marriage certificate w/in the 1 year or you have to renew the marriage license each year?
