Barbados West Indies???
This article needs review.
"Marquis de Vallado" it appears was alive during the 1600's. Barbados has been under full British rule from the 1600's until independence in 1966? Is this article implying the man lived almost 400 years? Further more, Barbados has had no "Presidents" from 1966 to current either. This article must be talking about another Barbados? The "title" of Marquis de Vallado thas not exist in Spain.
