Of all the NWHI, Maro Reef is the most looked-over and ignored in terms of sources and documentation, so we have to take what we can get. Ostensibly should have a history, geology, and ecology section just like the others, but its a coral reef, not really an island. If need be, geology and ecology sections will be one.
