Cant we get a real picture of him?

i found some, http://images.google.com/images?q=Marlon%20Wayans, a good is http://eur.i1.yimg.com/eur.yimg.com/xp/premiere_photo/20050906/10/2333092128.jpg , i have perm. to put on wiki.. but the stupid idiot upload wont stop complaining '"." is not an accepted image file format.' its annoying to have a biography about a person and have no picture or way to identify them ..whatever.
