Somebody please edit this entry-- there is a great deal of evidence that THE MUTANT MESSAGE DOWNUNDER is a total hoax-- Australian aboriginal activists have been campaigning against it for many years now-- and the publisher has re-filed the book as fiction. Please read the messages from the Aboriginal Elders available on their website: http://dumbartung.org.au/

They maintain the book is a New-Age fantasy and take deep offense at its contents.
