NAAK kits don't have a button, they're pressure-activated - ie, you trigger the needle by pressing the tip against any surface. It's got quite a bit of punch, enough to penetrate a quarter inch of wood and probably bone, if the needle were long enough to reach your thighbone at the site of injection (skinny soldiers are supposed to use the buttock as the injection site instead). 214.13.173.15 (talk) 02:23, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
