Marius, You have confirmed without doubt, that Rugby Union has far to many rules. What an appalling game you had in Melbourne. Clearly all referees need to get up to speed, for the modern professional game. Your lack of control, in "of the ball incidents", the flagrant slowing down of the ball by the Australians, and the grievous decision against Carl Hayman, who clearly won the ball man on man, proves the game happens so much faster than referees can make the decisions, as to which rule applies. With less rules, referees, decision process is much easier, faster, and fairer. No doubt we will return to a better game in the future, sooner than later is the fervent hope of this rugby fan at least. No 7 NZ
