[edit] Edits 20070320

The following edits were made to the article on March 20, 2007 and need to be sourced:

1) Correction to opening paragraph - Marion Power Shovel manufactured steam shovels, and shovels operating on electricty and gas/diesal engines, the were not a manufacturer of "tracked vehicles" as many of their projects were also built to operate on barges, rail lines as well as the walking dragline.

Body, the rest of the body of the article was expanded as well. All the text in this article needs to be sourced and verified. 70.105.79.207 19:38, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Copyright Infringement Issues

I have reason to believe that portions of the edits first published under the ip number 75.4.255.47 on 01:33, May 22, 2006 are plagerized from the introduction of the book:

MARION CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY, 1884-1975 PHOTO ARCHIVE, Edited by the HISTORICAL CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT ASSOCIATION (2002, Infographic)

The plagerized text appears on pages 4-5 of this book.

This article is the only contribution by that IP number.

Those editing this article should check that text before making future edits to avoid conflicts. Stude62 14:53, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
