[edit] 2007 season

In 2007, Mario Williams, along with Demeco Ryans, was named as a Second Team All-Pro.[1] He was also named as a Pro Bowl alternate and was one of the finalists for the NFL Defensive Player of the Year Award.[1] 2007 was the first time two Texans were named All Pros, Jerome Mathis previously was the first and only to be named an All Pro.[1]
