[edit] References

Would like to see a reference for "dismissed by the Vienna Circle as meaningless" comment. Without a reference the comment smells like an ad hominem attack.

I'm modifying the references to "online French translations" of Bunge's books. These links don't point to online versions of the books, but to the website of a french publishing company called Vigdor that sells downloadable electronic versions of these books, which are not available for online reading. Moreover, as far as I know, commercial links of this kind are not allowed on a Wikipedia article. I have changed them to ordinary book references. --201.236.39.119 03:18, 28 October 2005 (UTC)

I think the page should mention the fact that Dr. Bunge holds a chair at McGill University, he is the Frothingham Professor of Logic and Metaphysics.

[edit] Problems on editions

Hello: I have repetedly deleted the sentence stating Bunge was schooled in Caracas and so on, because it is simply not true. This fact seems an attempt to deceive Wikipedia readers, and should need no more discussion. However, I only see the changes I made when I am logged in. When I arrive to the webpage just as a visitor I see the old version, that is the one saying that Bunge did not succeed as a student of physics (a statement which, I repeat, is utterly inaccurate). Can anyone tell me why is it so? Thank you--Mechanismic (talk) 17:16, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
