Wouldn't this be a major command and not a MAGTF? I'd think it would be similiar to calling HQMC a MAGTF because it is over ground, aviation, and support units. Besides, you won't see 4th MarDiv, 4th MAW, and 4th FSSG deploying together in one cohesive unit. Maybe elements of each organized into a MEU or the such, but that would be the MAGTF, not the entire MarForRes.Gelston 21:51, 29 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Enlistment lengths

I'm adding a comment that most enlistments in the reserves are 6x2, just based on my own experience. There are a couple guys who tell me they have 8x0 (yes, the full 8 years in the SMCR).
