[edit] Premiered in Berlin...

Dvyost's edit of this sentence to read, "After their premiere in Berlin, the plays caused a scandal..." seems ambiguous. Neither play was produced in Fleisser's home-town, and it was partly the Berlin productions themselves - which were quite sexually explicit - which caused the controversy, stirred up by the right-wing press. I intend to expand the article.
