Maryland Salem Children's Trust

The Maryland Salem Children's Trust Inc. is a christian 501(c)(3) organization, member of Salem International, and founded in 1979 and located in Frostburg and dedicated to children who "have experienced repeated trauma at a young age".^[1] It has a "Residential Program", an "Educational Program" and "Out of State Enrollment". President of the organization is Terry Russell (chair of the Social Work Department at Frostburg State University).
