Maryland Route 818 is a state highway in Worcester County, Maryland. The route is the designation for Main Street in Berlin, the former alignment of U.S. Route 113 through the town. In downtown Berlin, the route intersects Maryland Route 374, Maryland Route 376, and the short, unsigned routes Maryland Route 375 and Maryland Route 377. In the northern part of Berlin, Maryland Route 818 intersetcs U.S. Route 50 and its former routing, Maryland Route 346.
