Maryland Route 731 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Maryland. The route is the designation for the former alignent of U.S. Route 50 east the town of Vienna in Wicomico County, running from US 50 west to the Nanticoke River, where a bridge used to exist. Maryland Route 731 was formerly the designation for the piece of US 50 west of the Nanitcoke River through the town of Vienna in Dorchester County.
