Maryland Route 707 is a state highway in Worcester County, Maryland. The route is the designation for two separate former segments of U.S. Route 50 between Berlin and West Ocean City. The western segment of Maryland Route 707 is known as Grays Corner Road. This segment features dead ends on both ends of the road and it intersects Maryland Route 452 and Maryland Route 589. The eastern segment of Maryland Route 707 designates Old Bridge Road, which branches off from US 50 near West Ocean City and runs to a dead end along the Sinepuxent Bay, where the original bridge to Ocean City was located.
