Maryland Route 667 is a state highway in Somerset County, Maryland. The route connects the town of Crisfield with U.S. Route 13 near Pocomoke City.

Maryland Route 667 begins at the town limits of Crisfield. It heads east for a short distance and then turns north and follows Old State Road. It then crosses Maryland Route 413 and becomes Crisfield Marion Road. Shortly after crossing Maryland Route 413 for the first time, it then crosses it again and becomes Hudson Corner Road. Maryland Route 667 then heads east, eventually becoming known as Rehobeth Road, and continues east to an intersection with U.S. Route 13 slightly to the west of Pocomoke City.
