Maryland Route 632 is a state highway in Washington County, Maryland. The route runs from Maryland Route 63 in Downsville north to the end of state maintenance at the intersection of Wilson Boulevard and Maryland Avenue in Hagerstown. It is called Maryland Avenue within Hagerstown and Downsville Pike between Hagerstown and Downsville.

Maryland Route 632 heads north from MD 63 in Downsville and in 2 miles, it intersects Maryland Route 68. It then heads north for another 3 miles to Exit 28 of Interstate 70. The route continues north into the city of Hagerstown and ends at the intersection with Wilson Boulevard.
