Maryland Route 607 is a 1.54 mile Highway Designation for Hog Neck Road and Magothy Bridge Road. Maryland Route 607 Starts at Maryland Route 173: Fort Smallwood Road, crosses Maryland Route 177: Mountain Road and Maryland Route 100 (this is one of Route 100's only two four-way traffic light intersection before ending at Maryland Route 177 :Mountain Road. The other intersection is at Magothy Beach Road.) Route 607 is discontinued after Magothy Bridge Road crosses the Magothy River. Magothy Bridge Road continues without the Maryland 607 designation intersecting Maryland Route 648: Baltimore- Annapolis Blvd. and ending at Maryland Route 2 Governor Ritchie Highway in Earleigh Heights, Maryland.
