Maryland Route 575 is a state highway in Worcester County, Maryland. It is the designation for a former piece of U.S. Route 113, running from north of Berlin north to Maryland Route 589 near Showell. The route crosses under Maryland Route 90, the Ocean City Expressway, however there is no longer a direct connection. The interchange from when the road was US 113 has been closed and replaced with an interchange with the new alignment of US 113.
