Maryland Route 565 is a state highway in Talbot County, Maryland. The route preserves two separate former alignments of U.S. Route 50 (which was once U.S. Route 213) south of Easton. The southern piece is known as Old Trappe Road, and it runs to the west of US 50 from Trappe to south of Easton. The northern piece of Maryland Route 565 runs along a part of Washington Street in the southern part of Easton that branches off of Maryland Route 322.
