Maryland Route 552 is a state highway on Kent Island in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. Also known as Dominion Road, the route runs from an interchange with U.S. Route 50 and U.S. Route 301 in Chester, Maryland to the end of state maintenance in Dominion. Maryland Route 552A, also known as Chester Station Lane, is a former section of MD 552 north of US 50/301. It runs from US 50, immediately across the route from Dominion Road, to Piney Creek Road, and was cut off from the rest of MD 552 when US 50/301 was upgraded to a freeway.
