Maryland Route 544 is a state highway in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. Also known as McGinnes Road, it runs from Maryland Route 213 near Kingstown eastward to Maryland Route 313 near Crumpton. Just west of the eastern terminus at Maryland Route 313, Maryland Route 544 intersects U.S. Route 301. At this intersection, cross traffic on MD 544 cannot continue through the intersection, instead, they must make a right onto US 301, make a U-turn, and then make another right to continue on MD 544.
