Maryland Route 456 is a state highway in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. Also konwn as Del Rhodes Avenue, the route runs from U.S. Route 50 south of Queenstown north to Maryland Route 18 in Queenstown. Between these points, the route intersects U.S. Route 301 just east of the US 50/US 301 split.
