Maryland Route 445 is a state highway in Kent County, Maryland. The route parallels the shore of the Chesapeake Bay in western Kent County, running from Maryland Route 21 in Tolchester Beach south to the end of state maintenance at the bridge to Eastern Neck Island. The route passes through the town of Rock Hall along the way.
