Maryland Route 41 is a short north-south road, also known as Perring Parkway. Running approximately three miles (5 km), MD 41 is signed from Waltham Woods Road to the Baltimore City line. It is an at-grade expressway for most of its length.
It is unclear whether the route actually enters the city. Within the city limits, near the campus of Morgan State University, Perring Parkway becomes Hillen Road. The Hillen Rd. designation continues north to Maryland Route 147 (Harford Road).
